ARMA was founded in 1991 and is the leading trade association for companies that manage private residential long leasehold blocks of flats in England and Wales.

With our long history in the residential sector, we will be able to add our expertise to ARMA’s advisory panel in their drive to raise standards across the industry.

ARMA provides advice, training and guidance to its members. It also produces guidance materials for leaseholders and residents’ management companies and campaigns for improvements in the legislation that governs the sector.
