6.50 release: quicker, easier processes

The latest release of our property management software is now available. It includes a whole range of new features that will make your business processes more efficient.

For example, occasional users can now can receive email notifications whenever  work has been assigned to them for enrichment or approval.

In our Mojo for Tenants App, we’re freeing up more of your property managers’ time by extending its self-service capabilities. Call logging has been extended to include parties who you don’t have a direct relationship with – for example, when your tenant sub-lets. And we’ve extended the ability of app users to view and download important documents.

The Mojo App’s Lease Assignment process has been enhanced. It’s now possible to complete the assignment from a single screen.

Client Statements and VAT returns are now even easier to produce, with simple-to-use features to view content before it’s issued.

Mojo Forms have been extended to make charge duplication and reversal a breeze, which makes it much easier to manage data for complex Leases and Head Leases with lots of charges.

We’ve also enhanced administrator processes. Some routines that currently need Trace authorisation can now be self-authorised by an administrator, making those routines faster to operate.

This release includes both PM&A 6.50.00 and Mojo 6.50.0 and features over 76 improvements, including technical upgrades to keep the software running smoothly and securely. If you’re already a customer, you can access the full release notes and guides in the customer support area of our website.

This release is available now, free of charge to all our clients. Any customisations you may have made will be fully retained during the upgrade process.
