Packed with a host of new features, our latest software release 6.80.10 takes service charge budget management to a whole new level.

APP SERVICE CHARGE FEATURES EXTENDED

No matter where you are, you’re now able to keep an even better check of your service charge budget position. We’ve extended the Mojo app to include even more details about the service charge: a useful new apportioned expenditure drill-down feature, and a slick facility that lets you review how the apportionment percentage may have changed throughout the year. Property and service charge managers have never been better equipped to manage their service charge position.

MOJO FOR TENANTS & OCCUPANTS APP ENHANCED

Our Tenant App is a modern and powerful real time communication platform for your residential and commercial tenants and occupants. Branded in your own corporate style, and working on phones and tablets as well as desktop computers, this app allows tenants to log queries/issues, find information about the building, lease, etc., inspect their accounts and answer common enquiries for themselves. It saves significant time and effort for your property managers.

The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act has recently become law. One of its key objectives is to provide a greater level of transparency over service charges to your tenants. That’s why this release now includes the powerful but easy-to-use Service Charge budget widget.
It’s now a cinch for you to provide your tenants with clear, real-time information about how the service charge is made up, including individual charges and apportionment percentages – with both graphical and ‘transactional’ views that are easy to understand.

POWER TO THE MASSES

It’s not just tenants who will find this latest release invaluable.  We’ve been thinking about the challenges our customers encounter, when managing large numbers (thousands) of tenants and occupants – especially when rolling out the app. That’s why we’ve included a number of nifty new features to make the process a whole lot easier.

MOJO FOR CLIENTS & INVESTORS APP EXTENDED

Our Mojo for Clients and Investors App allows your customers to monitor the performance of their own property portfolio, so they’ll no longer ask you to provide endless reports. This app has also been extended to include the Service Charge Budget vs Actual tool, so that your clients can self-serve more detailed information about Service Charges relating to their properties.

PERFORMANCE BOOSTERS

Alongside all the Service Charge features in this release, we’ve also been improving performance. Desktop users should experience a noticeable boost in day-to-day use, and there are some specific reporting improvements too – all designed to help users make better use of their day.
