Our latest software release, 6.60.00, is jam-packed with new features to help improve efficiency and do better business.
It may be only a point release, but we’ve still managed to add some nifty features to the latest edition of our software, out today.
We’ve given the Mojo treatment to managing your service charge void funding records. These are now much easier to administer, with all charges for a particular unit in one new Smart Form.
As with all our Smart Forms, it works out of the box and you’ll get the benefit of being able to configure the form design with our editor tool. If you’re using our Approval system, it’s now possible to get all amendments to a units void charges approved in one go.
If you’re a regular user of the system’s enquiry features, you’ll be pleased to hear of some usability improvements in this area. When moving between data sets, Mojo dashboards now make it clearer where you are – for example, between different properties.
Users of our Tenant App will be familiar with the power and usefulness of the ‘Invoices and Receipts’ widget. This widget is now available to all your in-house users of Mojo Dashboards.
In our desktop app, we’ve improved the Debtor and Creditor enquiry system, so it’s now possible to track all Debtors and Creditors that have come onto the system, even before they’ve started transactional activity. We’ve also improved the Qualifying Payments Listing & Details by Payment Method reports.
Elsewhere, we’ve improved PM&A Rent Indexation to meet legislation changes. And, if you make use of our automated cashbook matching features of our product, you’ll be interested to hear we now support transactions from Allied Irish Bank.
The release is also packed with technical upgrades & improvements, keeping the Mojo aspects of the software bang up to date with the latest security and usability improvements. This essential behind the scenes work helps keep your organisation running smoothly.
You’ll find over 30 further improvements in this release. As usual, we’ve make our software as intuitive as possible, but we still include full documentation for those who prefer it. With this release, we’ve also improved our support site, making it even easier for customers to find and search articles about the new software.
As always, the release is provided free of charge to all our clients.
