New contract and purchase order system available

New Mojo Works

We’re pleased to announce the availability of our latest software, version 6.90.00, which includes the new Mojo Works, and, of course, a whole bunch more.

Improved management of planned and reactive works

Mojo Works gives you cutting-edge new tools to manage all your property works.

Whether it’s planned maintenance, or urgent reactive repairs, this powerful platform streamlines job logging, supplier management, and purchase order approval.

Mojo Works provides a new take on purchase order and contract management, and seamlessly integrates into other Mojo functions and apps.

Invoices can be posted with minimal fuss and increased accuracy, and it gives you the ability to analyse expenditure and identify commitments early, so that they’re reflected in budgets as soon as they’re realised.

With features like the Commitment Ledger, automated invoice processing, and robust audit trails, Mojo Works empowers property managers to issue work at scale and stay on top of budgets.

Integration with existing Trace systems is seamless, and when used with existing Mojo features it becomes even more powerful.

Improved tenant messaging

If you’re communicating with Tenants en masse via email, you’ll be pleased to hear that any number of attachments can now be included. This makes the issuing of documents and notices even easier.

However, if you prefer your communications to come via our modern Tenants App, you’ll be excited to hear that’s it’s now even easier to deliver tenants the exact information they need.

A neat new feature makes it simple to publish different designs of the App screens out to the different types of Tenants you may support.

Enhanced enquiries

Whatever your role within the organisation, a key aim is to be able to find the information you need, quickly and easily.

That’s why we’ve improved how data is accessed in all our Mojo apps, as well as including extra information on various enquiries in both desktop and mobile data enquiry systems – for example, it is now easier to view EPC information from the Property Data Tree.

For those that still like to print or issue PDFs, we’ve added a new ‘print’ function to our powerful Budget vs Actual Service Charge widget.

We’ve also improved the advanced filters for ‘power’ users across the board.

Power to the administrators

System Administators are not forgotten in this release. We’ve given you more control on service charge period management, as well as enhanced BACS features. Testing and enhanced system maintenance features have also been included, as well as an increased grace period when inviting new users to access the apps.
