RICS Professional Statement: latest
The new Professional Statement was finally published by RICS in September 2018, and becomes effective on 1st April 2019 for all service charge periods commencing after that date.
In November 2017, we first highlighted the changes being made by RICS to the 3rd Edition of the Code of Practice in Commercial Service Charges, to convert it to the status of a Professional Statement.
We believe that our property management software now offers the most comprehensive Service Charge functionality available.
We recognise the importance of Service Charges to our customers, and to further support your understanding of the changes, we invited one of the main authors of the document, Peter Forrester, to speak at our Client Summit in October.
