Thirteen Selects BlueBox
Housing Association Thirteen has chosen Trace's BlueBox system to manage service charges and rental calculations in its 34,000 properties.
With more than 70,000 customers, and plans to invest over £1bn in the next five years, Thirteen Group is the largest and fastest growing Housing Association in the North East of England. They have been a Trace client since 2019.
Their exceptional customer care and technical excellence has recently been recognised at the Northern Housing Awards, where they came first in two categories.
And what categories they were! The judges voted Thirteen Landlord of the Year – a huge accolade for a Housing Association – while they also won Best Digital Transformation, against a strong field of nine other organisations.
Coincidentally, Thirteen has also recently been awarded an Investors In People Gold Award, which recognises the huge effort they have put in to developing their own team.
Trace and Thirteen are working together to implement an automated service charge solution, integrating BlueBox for Housing Associations with their existing Orchard housing system.
So far the implementation has been a great success, providing ‘mind-blowing’ reporting, greater transparency for tenants and replacing an earlier spreadsheet-based system, which restricted their ability to grow.
