Trace moves into new offices

The three companies that make up the Trace Group have moved into superb new offices in Great Sutton Street, at the heart of London’s Clerkenwell.

The area is noted for its design consultancies, and is close to the high tech hub of Silicon Roundabout.

Conveniently for all existing staff, the new location is only a short walk from the offices they had occupied since the 1980s, and is close to Farringdon Station.

Trace Solutions now occupies the whole of the third floor, giving the company significant space to expand as its growth continues.

The other two Group companies are on floors below, while the building’s ground floor tenant is the world famous Conran Design Consultancy.

The office interior has been completely refurbished with a view to encouraging creativity and collaboration, both within teams and across the wider company. The aim is to accelerate delivery of the uniquely innovative Mojo interface and its process-based approach to property management.

Trace engaged the ThirdWay consultancy to design the interiors, engaging every member of staff to help shape a new creative hub.

Personal wellbeing was an also a prime concern. The space boasts sit/stand desks, an outside balcony area, low levels of noise and excellent lighting.

Managing Director Louise Dawson said, “The new space allows us to create a single team focused on a single objective: to make all our customers absurdly happy with everything they get from us, whether it’s software or services.”

Numerous sound-proofed rooms and breakout areas create a space that combines technology with the many different ways people and teams now prefer to work.
