Wanted: PowerBuilder Developer

We are looking for an experienced PowerBuilder Developer to join the team at Trace Solutions. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining our industry-leading property management software, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain software using PowerBuilder and SQL.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
• Provide accurate development estimates and software quotations.
• Support both development and customer service functions as needed.
• Occasionally provide onsite support for customers.
• Contribute to mentoring and leading other developers where appropriate.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
